Plaintiffs Whitney Edwards, Maurice Buchanan and Jose Gomez claimed that their former employer, Enterprise Holdings Inc., and its subsidiaries failed to pay them overtime and refused to pay assistant managers during training. Edwards and Buchanan, acting individually and on behalf of all similarly situated employees, filed a class action against Enterprise Holdings Inc., Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Los Angeles, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company Inc., Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Sacramento, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of San Francisco. They alleged that the defendants violated California’s Labor Code.
